I finished the Murphy Paper sometime last night and started in on the Lee Paper. As of right now I have over a page (double spaced) and I haven't touched my main points yet. yeah it ended up being (Tucker 8), but the footnote looked like this:

Hahaha... I feel that. Finishing my own paper and going back and internally documenting stuff.. I'm getting the feeling I might be a little screwed for some of my finals.
But I'm sure you have more information to write about than I do.

Grah. I completely understand. What was supposed to be a portion of my essay ballooned into my entire essay, but then I had to make a super-long conclusion to get to ~6 pages. Keep on truckin! If you need more text for some reason, be sure to include a paragraph explaining Said/McLeod's definition of orientalism in excrutiating detail :)

Yeah my essay just got weird, I mostly talked about Ranma 1/2, Fushigi Yuugi and Dynasty Warriors being binary, degenerative, and fantasylands for Japan. I'm a NERD.

OMG that is such a good idea. I reference McLeod, but I don't discuss his ideas I just apply them to the thingy. I probably fucked up big time, but I couldn't understand exactly what she wanted.
