The surgery went really well, atleast I think it did. I went in and had to wait in the waiting room (of all places) for almost an hour before they took me in. I got all rigged up and drugged up while I chatted with the lady. I did like it... but I knew I saw 13th warrior, but I don't remember the movie being about beowulf at all.

It's really not all that bad. It's a day later and my jaw's achey and my right side of my face swelled up a bit, but nothing major. Just sit and chill for a few days and drink lots of water, keep the gauze in and have someone wait on you hand and foot.

The gas was weird, it goes over your nose and you breathe it in for a little while and just as you're thinking "huh, this isn't doing anything" the nurse talks to you and you know you've just tripped balls. You feel happy and pretty much cool with everything.
