Well, that's what I wonder, and I can't believe they asked nothing about that. If what he told was right, it was pretty much an accident, yes? So why didn't he just call an ambulance? A possible answer would be, yes, he's stupid and being the drunk, irresponsible asshole, he panicked and thought, "Omg I killed her with sex," or something. But another possibilty would be that he gave her some weird drugs which, combined with the other alcohol/drugs she might've had, caused her death. In that case he'd actually benefit from getting rid of the body, because then they'd never find the cause.
