The union had quite rudely decided to follow good business practice and shut up shop for the holidays starting today, so our last game of DDR for the year was apparently off. Zed0 suggested that we go rock climbing instead, and I acquiesced on the grounds that it would be fun to try at least once

How will you cope without DDR all holidays?? I would have thought the union would have stayed open a while yet. Stupid union.

I imagine that they will actually be open for events in the evening, just not during the day. Contrary buggers.
I, for one, am now a couple of hundred miles away 'though, so am not too bothered any more. :P
