As I see it, copyright is serious business. Though it's an inconsistency with my self, I would agree that copyright is something that should really be kept under control. I'd say that some of these companies aren't necessarily losing any money though... so I do feel rather flabbergasted on why "money" is lost...

I don't see why Youtube is being sued when the people using it were the ones violating copyright. o_O Not like they have a really crazy staff that can monitor what goes up and the like.
Then again, it'd prolly be even more ridiculous to sue each individual videomaker.. so.. o_o;;
But yeah, Viacom = not cool. They're not losing money as far as I know, so... gah. >>
