I only got a bruised pinky finger, and the other people were fine. ^^;

I don't think court will go too badly, we have a lawyer and I'm hoping they can help a little.

xD I'm trying to get more sleep. I'm still super jumpy on the road since it happened, but at least I don't feel so drained. *hug*
