Our jazz band was beastly today. I don't know if we should expect to place or anything (the word is that Coe hates us), but I felt so good about our performance. I feel so good after most performances we have. I feel so priviledged to work with such talented people. They give me the urge to practice more and more so I can keep up with them ( ( Read more... )

Yes, I'll have to tell you about some great rappers, because there are a lot of them. Also, is this sudden spring in rapping because of all the Hip Hop stuff that VH1 has been playing? That stuff is so great, they did this awesome performance with the Beastie Boys, and then there was Public Enemy, and all this great stuff.

But also, when you work as a collective mind with someone, it ought to bring you closer, no matter who they are. Sometimes, when I'm playing D2, I feel like making love, because some people on there rock my socks.
