Over the last 150 or so hours, I've gotten around 30 hours of sleep. This is really starting to freak me out. The rough schedule I end up going with is

I don't know, man, sleep craziness can really lead to some... uh, craziness.
This does remind me somewhat of light-exposure-related sleep issues, but it could also be stress, or just not getting your brain to shut down. I sometimes get irritating insomnia when I can't relax or stop thinking, and usually the only thing that helps is to do some meditation, and/or tire myself out more during the daylight hours.
I don't know if that might help you any, but it's worth a shot, I suppose. Could help with migraines too.
