mildsevens showed me an abandoned factory in sacramento and it was love at first sight for this empty thing, a building without a purpose except to display some new slogan from the municipal advertising wizards, violating probably a dozen different safety codes just by existing. i should've taken pictures but maybe my imagination can fill the gaps --

every rooftop should be flat so people can lay atop them and see what people saw a long time ago, the possibility out of absolutely nothing.

p.s. that is the second coffee shop i've ever been to that serves vietnamese-style coffee, i think more hipster/alternative/independent coffee shops should do this.
