So, today is Ash Wednesday, which begins Lent. I'd go to services--despite it all, I love the ritual of Ash Wednesday, depressing as it is--but the only nearby church is St. Joseph's. Due to word of mouth and an important paper I did on the church a couple years ago, I'm not too fond of either place or the priest in charge

Your last sentence made me laugh. I gave up video games - even went so far as to uninstall all my darling Sims games and KOTOR games...*sadness* And I'm Protestant...I must be a religious masochist to observe Lent when I'm not even supposed to.

And I am in OTown! For, like, the last two months, too, haha. Let's plan a day sometime next week to hang out, f'real.

And, no, I haven't. I am so bad with catching films at the movies. Like, I'm great with rentals--or catching them on Sundance or IFC--but not at the cinema.
