Well tonight was fun. My first closing shift so it was like 3:00 - 11:30 pm......ICK!!!!!! This entails alot of cleaning. Ever wonder if the conveyer belt the food goes on gets cleaned??????? Well it does as I cleaned like 10 of them tonight.....charming! Apparently you only have to do 2 of these crap shifts a month so I need to suck it up lol.   ( Read more... )

Hello Hello. I am extremely tired but settling into the new job okay. My last day at the depot was last Saturday but I have the feeling I may work this Saturday as well as a favour to Trish and to stop Donna from whinging lol. So I've worked my first 3 shifts at the grocer and it was good, bad and interesting. I was thrown onto a till the second day and I just wung it lol. I know I like it and it's a positive move for me but it's still quite overwhelming. There are a million tourists on the island right now and they all want groceries!
