That cartoon special effect is just absolutely kick ass. I love it. ♥ It adds such a cool effect to screen shots that get used so often and really livens them up and makes them interesting and cool. I really, really love it.

Taking all most of those, if you hadn't already guessed from my fangirlish gushing. ;)

Unfortunately the programme only works with a certain number of caps. Most of the time the shadows make it look awful. But a few of them, with even lighting, just look fantastic! :)
