The Void ship is a ship that can exist in the Void, and has no weight, that's simply what it is. The Time Lord prison ship is the Genesis Ark, where all those Daleks were imprisoned. That's IIRC, at least. I don't recall the Void ship ever being referred to as a prison ship or Time Lord-made. It wasn't too small to happily contain 4 Daleks. The point was that the Daleks then thoroughly confused the Doctor when he asked what the Genesis Ark was and they said it was Time Lord technology.

Also, it's the Cult of Skaro. ;)

The Void Ship is what the Daleks were hauling themselves and the Genesis Ark around in. The Genesis Ark is the prison ship.

We don't know for sure whether it was the Daleks that constructed the Void Ship (it may have been found technology; they never explain how it came into being), but the Void Ship is not the prison ship.
