LOL! Maybe non-negotiable means they insist you pay the full price for it? Maybe the big garage is to hold all those gallons and gallons of water they've softened with their prize water-softener.

LOL at the garage full of water. Maybe they found one that works really, really well and can't bear to part with it? With all the limestone in the area, our water is so hard it's like drinking liquid rock. Water softeners are essential around here!
