I just recently read over my archived posts since I created a Livejournal account. Parts of it were a little creepy in the way that I actually foreshadowed events that actually happened later in the years. Is it possible that I can actually create my own future by simply writing about it here? I think it just might be. Ridiculous? I don't

i think it's possible for the human brain to predict the future. not as a supernatural phenomena but as an advanced comprehension of the laws of causation.

I have been told by at least three people that you should write down your goals. There's something that happens when you physically write it, rather than just thinking about it. One person believed you should write lists and hide them in drawers and when you find them later you see how much you've accomplished, and two have said that the lists should be visible. One woman said your artistic goals should be BIG and on the wall of your studio. Anyway, for me, it's one of those things that when one person says it, it's a neat idea, but by the third or fourth unrelated person telling you, you realize there might be something to it.
