ok here's the story. kbby's going to recourse next monday and he has to get his running back to gold standard, which is below 09:45.
so there has to be some hell training to make that happen. here goes.
monday-
6am: Relaxed 2.4 run
12-2pm: 20push ups/ 30 sit ups per 15min
6pm: 30/60 intervals
tuesday-
6am: Relaxed 3.2 run
complete 200 pull ups and 500 sit
