Just wanted to write it here for myself, so that I don't slack in the next couple of days and never actually get to it...it, is a new piece of fic that I have hand-written, seriously all that I need to do now is get ye olde laptop out and pound it out on the keyboard. The Hell?
My sister had shoulder surgery this morning...and she's fine and it was over in about 45 minutes. However, no one even told me her surgery was today until last night when she called me and said, "When Mom and Dad call you tomorrow, can you..." What? Address Labels are EVIL!!!
Seriously, if I never see another address label in my life it may be too soon. I spent the past two days labeling envelopes with address, return address and postage. I think my brain may have melted a little.

Well, at least my ability to post in here on a regular basis sucks. I get on and say that I should have more time or whatever and then things happen...and I never really get back in to the swing of posting on LJ. Busy busy...
Just wanted to drop in for a second to let everyone know I'm still around. Very, very busy at work this past month and will continue to be at least until the end of April and possibly into May sometime. Since my job consists of dealing with temp FT contract employees we are usually particularly busy in the Spring and sometimes into the summer. ( Read more... ) -
