Hey Ryan, I'm not going to scream or shout or anything. Don't worry. :-P I just wanted to ask a question about something. You said that homosexuality hasn't been around for long? What about the Romans? Not to be crude or anything, but they used to have huge orgies! And there's even talk of L. D'Vinci have being a homosexual. And in the pagan traditions, before Christianity, it was completely normal and accepted for that type of behaivor. And I don't think gay couples should adopt kids. At least, not yet. Too many people don't accept homosexuals, so the child might grow up and feel weird in school when his/her parents are mentioned. I'll read it later. I didn't have time for the entire thing, so forgive me if you already answered my question about the history of homosexuality. I'll ttyl, byebye!
You're right, but it occurs before the Romans. Actually it is mentioned in the Bible in Genesis. One of Sodom and Gomorrah's biggest faults was homosexuality. Now, I don't know if homosexuality is a hormonal imbalance, biological or what. There are actually studies that prove both, however, I think it is a choice on whether or not you act on it. I'm not trying to attack you, I just didn't feel like commenting several times, so this isn't like all against you or anything, I promise :-) AND I still love you and don't judge you for your opinion, you are entitled to it. However, the reason why I think that homosexual offenders are wrong is not solely because the Bible says sex between 2 men is wrong, but because the Bible also says that sex between two unmarried people is wrong. Now the marriage part is totally true, Ryan. Marriage is defined by our society (and around the world) and by the Bible as something between a man and a woman. I don't think that homosexuals are wrong, in fact I have A LOT of friends who are homosexuals

1. It is not a person’s destiny to become gay it is a choice, A choice that comes with consequences. this is stated throughout your paper, but you never prove that homosexuality is a choice.
2. Being proud of surviving a long hardship is certainly something admirable, but when everything is against you, it seems like there’s a small hint saying that it might be wrong. your sarcasm at the end was really unnecessary... just because everyone disagrees doesn't make it true. or legal.
3. If there is no motivation to hold a homosexual marriage together once the couple is disinterested in each other, does the idea of homosexuals even being allowed to marry make sense? the same is true for heterosexuals. just because a couple has kids does not mean they will stay together. in fact, that's horrible if they do because they're not giving their child a real image of love.
4. So when it is hard to please your spouse in a marriage because they want something different, would that not make it more difficult if the spouse

I find it odd that not once have I heard the argument that outlawing gay marriages goes against one of the main things that this country was founded upon: Life, Liberty, and THE PURSUIT FOR HAPPINESS! Whether homesexuality is a choice or not is entirely beside the point. If I were happier being with someone of the same sex despite all the hardships that I'd have to endure, then who are you to tell me that I cant pursue my dream!? I highly doubt that God hates homesexuals. I believe that the whole Sodom and Gomora thing was because homosexuals found a loop-hole in God's system. Eve ate the forbidden fruit so God gave women the curse (and gift) of child birth. And to punish the men, God gave women PMS. GRRRRRRR! I just hate it when people try to rule the lives of others that they dont even know.
