Grawmp, though really big and freaky looking, was actually REALLY ADORABLE.

I thought I was gonna hate his appearance but I didn't, not at all. He was very cute for a giant.

I thought the whole love-saving-harry thing was kinda cheesy. I mean, I know that's basically what happened...but Harry's not supposed to know it. Or something.

And you totally didn't mention Snape's memory.

And that big ass sign walking into the ministry reminded me of 1984.

YES! I thought the same. A nice creepy touch.

was I mistaken, or did Sirius call Harry James here? I wasn't sure since there was a lot going on

He definitely did. I think Harry noticed too, he was like, "bzuh?"

I'm so glad you liked it - some people on my flist are whining about stuff they left out and everything, and I'm like, dude, what do you want?! That movie was GREAT!

Some random points in response:

I totally agree with you on LOTS of aspects of the film... firstly, Grimmauld Place was *so* weird to me... I imagined it completely different, and I thought the way it appeared seemed really off compared to the book.

Kingsley was so cool, but what was with the African tribal hat? Seriously, they gave all the OotP weird ethnic costumes... + Tonks = amazing.. mmm.

I loved the hearing as well + I TOTALLY THOUGHT OF 1984 TOO! But I really liked that poster, it was very MoM.

LUNA LOVEGOOD<3 Oh, she was just FANTASTIC, she has officially become my favorite character as far as film canon goes. Oh, not only was that chick INCREDIBLY good-looking, but her voice, her hair, her appearance... EVERYTHING was perfect about Luna ( ... )
