Should I do a co-op

I think that you should keep your options open. What I'd do is when I went into the interview I'd ask them about the concerns you have and also talk to whoever your advisor is too about this internships affect on your school timeline. That way you've covered all your bases and can make an informed decision.

Interview. Always interview. You can always say "no" if they offer you a job.

And no airline is in strong shape these days. NWA isn't that bad in the grand scheme of things, and it's only an internship. It's not like you've got a vested interest in them.

Find out what the impact is on classes. Graduating in the spring, in the "hiring season" is worth some amount.

Myth: you have to intern at the company you get your first "real" job with. It's an easy in to that company, but it's almost equally good at other companies, especially if you can point at productive things you did.

Make sure your intentions are clear in that you want to graduate on time, which is still important, I don't think you really want to push back graduation any. But the internship would be good as it gives you experience which is a nice edge in a competitive job force.

Always interview, see if you can get the internship, consider your options if you get the internship, negotiate if possible. If they really want you, they'll be more accommodating.

Anyway, congrats on the interview offer!
