dude i have adic reflux and i've been taking a pill a day for the past like 3 years. it sucks, but it works

Yeah, and so have I. for like 4 or so years but those pills are bad for you man. I'm pretty sure after a while they can eat away at your bones. It sucks man. So I'm trying to get my body as healthy as I can so I cn stop taking them and maybe get rid of the acid reflux. But it's kinda cool you have it too so you know why I hate it.
