Out on the road...

*After leaving Wheeljack's workshop, KC cruises down the highway, alternating between going at faster speeds and going at slower ones when there was more traffic on the road. She made a note not to exceed the speed limit-- with Sunstreaker already in trouble for doing exactly that, having both of them in that situation would do no good whatsoever.

I've got my arms and legs tasered so I really can't move, they got some FBI guys out here, and I can't get them to explain WHAT the slag is going on... beyond something about them thinking us Transformers have gone dangerously insane. This has something to do with Optimus tossin' the President, isn't it? At least I got them to wait for you to get here before hauling me off....

*Does the mental equivelent of a surprised blink.*

[S.COMM: SUNSTREAKER] -- (trying not to sound too obviously worried by now) "They've gotten the Feds involved?" o.O "Man, something really ain't right here. You could be right about the Prime incident, though. And good thing you got 'em to wait, by the way. I take it you told 'em who it is that's coming, right?"

[s.coom: KC] I kind of told them who's coming. Just someone to not be alarmed about...

[S.COMM: SUNSTREAKER] -- "Oh, okay. I'm just comin' up to your position; will be round the corner in three, two, one..."

*...And the little black Celica zips round the corner and into the view of the humans. KC slows her pace, rolling forward slowly and calmly so as to cause as little alarm as possible. She remains in her car mode and doesn't transform, but the two young police officers still instinctively turn to point their handguns at her.*

Hey, hey! Easy, no need to raise your weapons. May I speak with the person in charge here, please?
