Killing characters

Oh, don't you hate it when you have to kill a character off like that! Sometimes I find myself crying for them--silly me. But then it seems to me that when I write, each character is a little bit of me--the good, the bad, and the ugly. So when I kill a character who is more than just a throwaway, it really hurts--especially if it's a character I liked a lot. Sorry, Charlie, but you've got to go. --Diana

the Muse is so amazing. Once I figured out that character has to die, another character grew into his place, two novelas merged into one, and the whole storyline is more powerful. Now I just gotta find the time to do more for it than the outline!!!
