LOL! It certainly has up in Maine this year. My little town has gotten over 160 inches...so far. They keep telling us it isn't quite over!

Well, I'm a costumer. I go to KU, studying theater, film, and history, with an emphasis in all on costume and clothing construction and fashion history. I'm a non-traditional student, I live with my significant other, Lou, and I've been going to cons for 6(?) years. I do go to some KC cons: I've been judging the Masquerade at the past 3 Naka-Kons, and I won the ConQuest masque last year wearing this. I go to a lot of further-out cons, too. I went to Anime St. Louis a few weeks ago, and I'll be at Costume Con 26 in a few weeks. I won't be at ConQuest this year because I'm spending the summer on an internship in Pennsylvania, so I'll be blogging instead about Balticon and Otakon. I hope to go to DragonCon again this year, like I have for the past 6, and Archon in St. Louis is on the schedule for November ( ... )

Is Lou male or female?

Will you be at ConTraception this year? I highly recommend it. Not only because it is fun, one of the best laid back cons ever, but because if they don't get a certain number of members this year, it will be the last. Fuel prices have hurt their membership... Which is very sad. I was fan guest a couple of years ago and it is a great con!
