new years was good. i started off downtown at the hyatt pre-partying/looking fabulous with megan et al. on the walk down to the velvet spade i decided i in no way wanted to be sandwiched between downtowny strangers, grabbed a cab and made it waaay up north to a mardi gras themed party i was invited to (the ex-boy's valley crew whom i'm way tight
