To wake up and read news about American soldiers humiliating and torturing Iraqis just breaks my heart. Right as we were "justifying" our invasion, something like this happens. Most world leaders have already denounced our country, saying "Shame on America" and that we only support freedom and rights for our own citizens. I think it's both

:: applauds :: I completely agree. I love the idea of freedom but this country is constantly slashing it down to just a distant ideal. It's sad that I'm afraid of my government.
