yeah she is
she has dual citizenship in the US and Israel
although she was never mitvah'd (is that a verb) because her family felt like it was sort of fake since they didn't go to temple all the time.
she speaks in hebrew sometimes for the hell of it, and spent a semester abroad there. She now visits Israel about twice a year.
