Warfarin is still used as a rat poison, works well.

So I hear.
BTW, all the genetic testing came back negative, so it seems that I have the clot because my broken foot led to my leg being inactive and not due to some underlying issue. Whew! I'm glad. My kids and my brother are glad, too.
The moral of the story is to EXERCISE.
