Such a compliment coming from someone I hold in high esteem, I am very touched, honestly. You've had your share as well, so you know we keep going because we must, we bear what we do because it needs to be borne.

There are so very many people, even among my circle of friends who bear situations I might find unbearable. I have been a lucky person to have friends such as you, someone to provide diversion, share a chuckle, offer a shoulder. Thank you for everything, all that you do and have done.

He did just now, believe it or not (at 1:15PM). But he said, "someone called yesterday. It was either Dorean or Brandon, I'm not sure which."

*eye roll*

Note that you two sound nothing at all alike. Ergh. Next time you call, instruct him to get a piece of paper and writing implement and write your name down. Honestly. He needs to know that if he picks up the phone he needs to at least write the person's name down.
