I've now been in Seattle for a little more than a week.  Jackie had her birthday but has yet to receive all of her presents - those are coming this weekend.  I've spent a lot of my time here around the house and around the UW campus.  I've made some fun dishes including pizza sandwiches on homemade focaccia bread and a Mediterranean bean and rice
