Yesterday, I cheered on a friend -- and 22,000 strangers -- at the Marine Corps Marathon. It was a really weirdly emotional day for me, and I can't even imagine how emotional it would be for (a) the people actually running the marathon and (b) me to actually run a marathon. I had a few signs, and decided that next time, I should go for funny
