You can make any entry you want friends only.. All you have to do is when you update your journal, at the bottom where it says 'mood' and 'music' and stuff, there will be this thing that says 'private' 'friends' and stuff, and just scroll down to where it says 'friends' and then update.
It will be LOCKED.
