it's a special pot of sorts to make one dish meals that really have the flavor infused into the ingredients. it's moroccan as far as i know. a few friends went there a couple years ago and brought some real ones back, and we used them in a kind of fusion moroccan/hungarian/cali-fresh kind of cuisine fashion.
