So we were supposed to leave for CT on Friday afternoon/evening after G got off work. Now G has Friday off but is working Saturday until 9PM!! So now we have to leave when he gets home which means we probably wont get on the road until 10:30 or 11pm! Ugh. I was thinking about you yesterday knowing the 15th was the job deadline, wasn't it? Is G freaking?

Wait, so G won't drive at ALL and he'll be sleeping the whole time? I wouldn't be able to do that. So it sounds like the 30th at C's is a go, I'll be happy to see you again!

So did you ship all the santa stuff to the cape?

No actually he'll probably drive most of the way at night. Lots of coffee. We'll probably have to stop at a motel and do the rest in the AM. We'll see how it goes.

Yes deadline was the 12th. They said they'd be deciding by the end of the month who gets interviews so its not weird he hasnt heard yet but we're so uptight! Why cant they see right away hes the perfect person for the job. They just have to meet him and then they'll know but Argh! Give him an interview!!!

Doing some shopping when we get to the Cape but spending real Xmas in CT so we're bringing most with us. Didnt buy the kids much as we have no place to put anything and they get much from grandparents and my siblings.

You're coming to CT? Where? How long will you be here for? We missed each other at the Cape by hours. Any chance you might be able to meet up? I know you're coming for the holidays so I'm figuring no, but taking a stab at it.

We'll be arriving Sunday late afternoon (Im guessing) and leaving Wednesday for the Cape. I don't think I can plan anything since its a short visit...but hopefully we'll be moving back to either MA or CT soon!! Where do you live? I forget.

I'm gonna hijack. Melissa, I got a card that had your names on it but are you sure that's Zoe?? OMG, she's so big and beautiful! I can't get over how big she is these days. Thanks for the card, I love it!

You know, I asked my mom to ask the woman she works with about possible jobs and guess what...that teacher has been out very very sick and probably won't be back until Feb. so I guess it's probably the last thing on her mind since she's stuck doing more now. I hope the MA job pans out and they at least give him an interview, they'd be crazy not to.

Sorry things are so tense and that you've been having migraines. I got her you card and it looks ten times better in person then online, I absolutely adore your cards and look forward to them each and every year.

Thanks for the card compliments. It stressed me out every year but I'm pleased with them. Much harder with 2 kids!!
