It's been a crazy past 2 weeks! We packed up the house, said good bye to our 3 friends and Aubrey's teachers/friends at school and headed out Thursday for CT. It was a tough few days as we were getting ready to leave but now that we're gone, we can close that chapter of our lives and focus on settling here ( Read more... )

So glad you're back home! What a horrible trip though, with the diarrhea.

How far will you and the kids be from your hubby? That will be a unique living situation, but hopefully not for long.

My parents house is 2.5 hours. We did it when he moved to OH first when Connor was born. Its tough but we can just hop it in the car and go visit any time so thats good. So if A is having a tough time without him we'll just go down there and see him.

Ack, I kept meaning to say happy birthday to Connor, SO sorry I missed it! I hear you on the guilt of it all, but he's so damn happy all the time, I'm sure he doesn't hate you. Hehe.
