Getting nostalgic
I was pretty free in office today, so went around random blogs writing about Japan.
I remember some people asking me what is the thing I miss most about Japan?
Tons! I miss my Japanese keitai, my friendly neighbourhood conbini, my superb internet speed, the ever-so-lively Shibuya, Harajuku... my university Waseda, my classmates, my senseis, my dorm security guards and office staff. LOL! And of course... being so close to my favourite boys. XDDD
Never did I realise the most familiar thing in my daily life... JR trains departure melodies was the one which made me scream the most.
I'm most familiar with Yamanote Line of course... the stations like Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Tokyo, Ikebukuro, Ebisu... esp. Ebisu, I didn't even have to read to know I'm listening to the melody of that station. Coz that was where I travelled to and fro work... I fear hearing that melody actually. ><;; It reminds me of those tiring days of school and work. (I shouldn't be talking about this, since I was on scholarship. What for I need more money??? Oh well... iroiro... LOL!)
I heard that Japan does have some kind of CD compilation of these melodies. I hope I'm not crazy enough to actually get one. I just need the mp3s. ^^;; I remember some of my SG friends were funny enough to actually record these and put them as the keitai ringtone. We all freaked out at that gathering, going "natsukashii~~~~". XDD
So much for my Japan nostalgia~~~ It made me wanna go back right now. ^^;;
