it means andrea is grumpy! lol jk... ive decided there is a situation in which i love the snow.. this is what it is:

*night time
*i'm inside
*it's warm
*low-lighting... lol my friend laughed at me today when I told her that was one of the stipulations
*i have cocoa or capp or something warm to drink
*Christmas music is on..
*Christmas lights and/or tree
*a gooooood book and a comfy chair or couch... hehe
