President Obama signed the health care reform bill into law today.

In the words of Joe Biden: This is a big fuckin' deal.

(Reconciliation fixes still need to happen. But I need to rest for a moment.)

And, for the record, being a health policy analyst for the past three years has been exhausting and gratifying.
