I go to bed at midnight, with hopes of getting up 'early' around 9 or 10. Instead, I fall into a restless sleep which ends around 5:30 am. Here we are, at my target time of 9am, and I'm still awake. This is going to play hell with my sleep schedule. I'm going to be going to bed at 9 or 10 pm for heaven's sake
