Frisbie and I had similar slants (no pun intended) on Japanese pop culture--particularly music. When I was there, talking to older people, I realized that I should've lived in Japan around 1975 or earlier--maybe the 80's boom years too. I bet that would've been cool.
Sorry for making a swipe at your new homeland, but man, I wish you were back here.
Frisbie and Aaron are coming out here today. I'm looking forward to it. We'll be eating barbeque I think.
I miss El Rancho too. I miss those heady days at Wright State too.
