i never really realized it until you said it, but my life has been pretty crazy lately. now that the semester has ended, things can cool down a bit.

thank you for the good luck wishes! it seems everything worked out in the end. i AM going to japan (assuming it doesn't get cancelled for whatever reason) and i found an alternate means to fund it!
