everyone else there, their brain will be stuck in high school forever. their favorite movie will be Dazed and Confused. or, some other high school movie.
and that dissapointment? yeah, get used to it. life is full of fools who get excited when you give them sparkely wrapping paper, or a flashing LED. everything is full of hype. college is one of those hypes.
this is what i'd suggest: think about what you want college to be.
all colleges are alike. some just cost more, having better stuff and more prestige. some have different scenery.
one more thing: college is high school, level 2. the teachers are much more pompous, and are called professors. cliques, and sterotypes, are much more pronounced. but most importantly, you now have much more freedom.
dude we all suck lol..i feel EXACTLY the same way u do..remember when we were all so eager to leave cross? i dont miss home necessarily but i miss having people i kno i can rely on and i miss having long talks about nothing (or something)..i miss u sare! call me soon
