do not tip the waiter at Chili's!!!!!!

Last night Jerry and I went to Chili's to use a gift certificate one of my kids gave me for christmas and it was one of the worst experiences eating out I've ever had. The waiter had no idea what he was doing. First off he tried to take our order about a minute after we sat down. WHen we said we needed more time he left only to return 30 seconds

Another idea for future reference, my dear: outline a picture with some water (or just trace one with the ice cube left in the glass that never got a refill -- bastards!) and assemble the tip in very small change (preferably pennies and nickels -- dimes are also a bitch to pick up, especially when wet); faces work best for this, like a smiley giving a raspberry. Or you could get really creative and spell out thinks like "SUX" or "BAD" or "NO!"... (This is under the assumption you've come into the restaurant with *some* spare small change.) Your tip should cost you no more than $1.50 that way and be a cathartic work of vengeance! Everybody wins...
