It sounds like Ford is only hurting themselves, but it is troubling news. Is there anything that we can do about this? What are our options?

Check out www.americablog.com. They've been running action alerts for a couple of days now. They've posted the e-mail addresses and phone numbers of senior Ford employees, and we've been slamming them. They finally shut down the e-mail addresses since they could not handle the volume. I'm sure the phones will be close behind, but it should get the message thru. Interesting enough, two of Ford's top marketing people are former Bush administration people, too. How NOT shocking.
