Yesterday, President Bush traveled to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado. He was there to give a speech about America's "addiction to oil", and the steps he is proposing to generate alternative energy sources. Sounds like a good plan doesn't it? What he forgot to mention is that a few weeks ago, he cut $28 million dollars
