Having worked in the movie/tv industry in New York in the past, I totally know the type. What a schmuck. It was people like that who convinced me that I didn't belong in that arena, mainly because I couldn't live my life like that on a bet, and sadly, those idiots are the ones who manage to network.

What a rude asshole though. For all he knew, you were Somebody (and you are, but hopefully you know what I mean) and his attitude might have cost him a job in the future. Sheesh.
