Okay, so, I just arrived in North Carolina because like, my mom does permanent make-up tattoo and stuff, and she came here to finish a job she did down here before. So she dragged me and my brother along, also my dog. I personally don't like going down to NC because its a boring 6 hour drive and I have to hold the dog, who doesn't like going places

permanant make-up tattoo is basically tattooing the eye-liner and the lip-liner, so i guess a better term would be cosmetic tattoo.
