So, last night was the last concert of the Phoenix Symphony's music director, Maestro Hermann Michael... He's Bob's boss and has been music director here for the last 8 years or so... I do feel much better lately... Although, I've decided that most of what I need right now is to get my body back in shape... I'm joining 24 Hour Fitness because they have a pool... I used to swim a lot and found it to be therapeutic mentally as well as a real physical work out! I'm also thinking about getting a personal trainer... I'm 37 years old ( Read more... )
