After reading this article, I was very surprised. Did anyone else know that 'spaz' is such an insulting word?

I don't stop to appreciate how lucky I am to live the life I have often enough. I know there are a million reasons that could cause me to think this, but this article really got to me.

I feel so gross today. I just feel like there's always an annoying song stuck in my head, and whatever food I eat leaves a terrible after-taste. And when I try to nap the light is too bright, but when I try to work I feel tired. I just took a shower hoping it would help, but my poor mood remains the same. I don't know how to fix this.
