Heya.. this is sort of just poking around to gauge interest (and not my idea btw, I'm just helping cherupon scope)

Would anyone be interested in selling any of their unwanted anime/japanese related merchandise at Wai-Con? The idea was to register as a trader/fangroup (whatever it would fall under) and then people can bring in their stuff to sell at the

That sounds like a good idea! I know I have a handful of things I got in Japan that I no longer want, but just haven't ever gotten off my lazy ass to sell.

I have things like manga, posters, even old calendars (you never know, there may be people who want them to recycle into posters), artbooks, little knick-knacks like keitai straps.

My only problem that I can see is that I'll most likely be stuck at the registration desk most of the weekend and will therefore need to rely on someone else to do my selling for me. So I can't volunteer reliably for a shift, but I will if time permits. I would be happy to contribute to the stall fee too.
